Log message:
Awesome, killer, new version. Tested on c3k, 32-bit, by mke2fs, mount,
tar xzf /cdrom/install/base.tgz, rm -rf *, and repeat tar step...
This version is very close to the "final" version and should
provide excellent performance.

TODO:
1) enable DMA stream of blocks which are adjacent in the sg_list
but not virtually contiguous. I only allow v-contigous blocks now.
2) enable DMA hints.
