this is the second part of the update:
- apply the patches to better support HP PS/2-keyboards.
The patches was made by
Thierry Simonnet, Xavier Debacker, Thomas Marteau and Malek Djoudi from
the ESIEE (http://www.esiee.fr/~djoudim/code)
- cleanups.

Since I don't have any real HP PS/2-keyboard, any feedback is much
appriciated.
