cleaned up pdc_cons.c,
added needed stuff for STI-console in setup.c,
added bogomips-info for proc-fs.

Note 1: prumpf's STI-Console works here in my tree, but we (I) do not
want to commit it, until there is a syncronized version available.

Note 2: IODC-Console doesn't work (and will maybe never do !).
