contains SCSI_LASI and SCSI_GSC (new) entries for host.c.

drivers/scsi/sim710.c
Ignore spurious interrupts. Suspect this is a residual
from the self test and LASI is not cleaning up the IRQ
state when the IRQ is enabled.
