Log message:
wrappers.S -- sys_fork_wrapper eating the elf stabs pointer after it was
already saved

interruption.S -- execve can now fail orderly. :)

binfmt_som.c/processor.h -- move the +3 shift on PC for mmu privledge into
start_thread so binfmt_elf didn't need changed

perhaps more fun news later...
