Various build fixes:

Works with GNU awk as well as HP awk (idea from Paul Bame, modified by me)
Checks /usr/local/lib for ncurses to fix menuconfig (from David Kennedy)
Make Harmony driver conditional on CONFIG_SOUND_HARMONY
If the Stradis driver is selected, videodev.c will compile.
Selecting the sx.c driver no longer makes the compile barf.
