Log message:
cleanup busdevice_alloc_irq() prototype declarations.
Added the proto to asm-parisc/gsc.h.

(drivers/gsc/busdevice.h already exists and I didn't want to confuse
people by having another busdevice.h headerfile - still an option if
someone feels strongly about it.)
