Log message:
A quick hack to implement kernel_set_cachemode() and cache_push() but
note cache_clear() isn't implemented, and cache_push() calls a routine
which I think is really flush_all_caches() at the moment.  This stuff
is used by the SCSI drivers we need for A/B-180
