Log message:
Fixed problems with IOC resource map "free" code path.
sba_free_range() was quite broken - mostly because SBA_IOVP()
used the hint mask which needed to be inverted...
Still dying with "halted" message after "Got BOOTP answer" output.
Will look at console stuff tomorrow (pb's suggestion).
