Log message:
glibc *should* now be building out of the box.

more info to the list later today.

nss/Makefile -- swapping a link order made things happy.  KLUDGE
dl-machine.h -- enough stubs to compile.  should be replaced.
hppa/Makefile -- see that -lmilli is added wherever -lgcc is.
hppa/umount.c -- implement the old style umount call without having
__NR_oldumount.
