Philipp Rumpf helped me find a "major" bug I wouldn't have found
in sba_io_pdir_entry(). The asm("lpa") wasn't doing the right
thing and we replaced it with "virt_to_phys()". Philipp suspects
the asm() support wanted "lpa 0(xxx)" instead of just "lpa (xxx)"
but we didn't try it.

c3k no longer HPMC's.  But interrupts seem to be broken since we got
"NETDEV WATCHDOG: eth0: transmit timed out". Unless that's a symptom
of the CSR12/media type being wrong. Will try built-in tulip tomorrow.
