* Hey, we now have the first eth0 for older PA-Machines 
  (LASI-integrated i82596 = CONFIG_APRICOT)
  Don't know, if it really works, but at least it's a beginning.
* Initialisation of eth0 is called from lasi.c. This is the wrong place as
  it is already for the serial-code......
* Added a function to pdc.c/h to get netcard-MAC-Address.
* Added first unusable itecon.c/sti.h for ITE-Console [really bad code!].
