The serial console works now !

IMPORTANT: All output to the PDC-console, which was used until now is 
disabled by default. You will not see any boot-messages if 
you are NOT connected to the serial port of the PA-RISC-Machine. I will make 
it a configurable option in the next commit today, but if you want it now, 
comment out the first line of pdc_cons.c to get both outputs.
