Log Message:

Problem: Got first set of LASI interrupts working. Borrowed code from
   prumpf's implementation.
Solution: heavy rework of alloc_irq() and similar stuff for irq and
   irq_region support in both dino.c and lasi.c. Now getting first
   LASI interrupts - no handlers registered yet.
TODO: replace LASI_XXX constants with lasi_hpa.
