Yes, it was fixed in 0.94, but taggart changed it back to arch hppa
mid October, because non-hppa archs were objecting to it being

Section: base
Priority: important

One possible solution is to build palo and palo-any debs, which
are identical except for the section/priority.

Alternatively make it some section/priority that is acceptable
to everyone, and rely on debootstrap pulling it in anyway during
install.

Leaving things as they are and expecting people to build it themselves
for non-hppa is a possibility, but I don't know whether Debian will
accept thatwhen they come to build official woody release CDs.
