The 82596.c driver does not appear to know how to search for network
cards on the EISA bus.  The EISA bus appears to be recognized, but the
EISA card is not.  The HP-UX 'ioscan' program indicates the card's
address is '4/0/1'.  Selected text from pa-linux boot-up (Hardware is
715-100XC):

The second network card (eth1) is never found.  I am using PA-Risc Linux
0.9.3 and kernel 2.4.9-32.

If someone can work this issue, I may be able to arrange the donation of
a 715-100XC to develop a driver.  If I get any inquiries I will look at
getting my employer to donate a 715-100XC.
